Introduction
Living near Zurich, Switzerland. I got to know Focusing in the late eighties. Since then Focusing stayed with me and has become the main method in my counceling and teaching activities.
What services do I offer?
Individual sessions. Self-awareness workshops and professional trainings on dream work, environmentally centered experiencing (using elements of TAE), using Focusing on living with the climate crisis.
