Introduction

Focusing has brought clarity, kindness, and deep presence into my life. I’m especially interested in its connection with non-dual inquiry and love sharing its transformative potential with others.

What services do I offer?

I offer Focusing sessions, introductory courses and Focusing Skills training (Levels 1–5), and small group explorations. My work bridges Focusing and non-dual inquiry, and is rooted in a deep love for self-realisation, embodiment, and the unfolding of the felt sense.

My background in Focusing

I first discovered Focusing in the 1990s through Gendlin’s book, which opened a doorway into a new way of being with experience. Years later, I trained with Kay Hoffmann and completed the full BFA training pathway to teach Focusing Skills to others.
