Introduction

I am living in Amsterdam in The Netherlands, with a passion for Focusing that deepens and enriches everything I am and I do. As a Focusing Trainer and certifying Coordinator I love to teach Focusing to others, for their private and professional live.

What services do I offer?

Since 2000 I am working in the field of counseling, therapy and training, facilitating the empowerment of other human beings. Focusing, Somatic Experiencing, Systemic Constellation Work, NLP and C.Jung's individuation psychology are the core of my background as coach/counselor and trainer, in The Netherlands and abroad. Nowadays I focus on systemic constellation work, somatic experiencing and especially Focusing, the core and the heart of everything else.

My background in Focusing

In 1993, during my education for being a client centered psycho social counselor, I was fascinated by Focusing and never stopped loving it. And followed trainings with lots of different teachers to get the experience and the knowhow of the essence of the philosophy and how to help people to learn and experience the process of focusing and felt sensing.
Since I am a Focusing Trainer and later TIFI Coordinator I trained a lot of individuals and groups, especially professionals who want to integrate Focusing in their practice.
From 2017 onwards I trained the local community at Rusinga Island in Kenya.
In Amsterdam people can learn focusing at the I-Focus-School.
