Introduction

I'm a counsellor in private practice living near Edinburgh, Scotland. Focusing has enriched the quality of my work and the relationships I build with clients. I love helping people develop self-compassion, and I enjoy taking counselling outdoors and connecting to the natural world.

My background in Focusing

I learned Focusing via personal therapy while studying to become a counsellor and it has been alongside me ever since. I completed levels 1 to 5 in 2019 and then Focusing Practitioner certificate (BFA recognised) in 2022. Focusing is part of me now.

Diploma in counselling with Transactional Analysis (2015)
Diploma in online counselling (2018)
