Focusing has had a big impact on my whole approach to living. It has helped me to clarified and resolve several blockages and it keeps on fascinating me with its potential for moving life forward on a multidimensional level.
What services do I offer?
I'm a Focusing Professional and a Focusing Teacher based in Slovenia. I offer guided focusing sessions and teach focusing in person and online.
My background in Focusing
I became a Focusing teacher in 2022 and am fully qualified with the Focusing Institute in New York to teach Focusing to individuals and groups. I have trained in "Inner Relationship Focusing". I am also a mental health counselor interested in mindfulness and meditation.
