Focusing Journeys – Monthly Group (Zoom)

19th March 2026 - 16th July 2026 Online Zoom

Other Ongoing groups & offers Online English

Small Group of 3 – 4 participants
5 meetings over 5 months

Focusing Journeys are for those who feel a quiet (or not-so-quiet) pull toward what lives beneath the surface.
These journeys are felt explorations of themes that matter: curiosity about body symptoms, relational patterns that keep knocking, tender or tangled life questions, and the subtle wisdom carried in dreams, images, and callings.

This is a space for personal inquiry rather than fixing, for listening rather than pushing.
With the steady support of the facilitator, your Focusing skills are invited to open new doors—gently, at your own pace.

In these sessions, we’ll work primarily with Gendlin’s original Focusing approach, while also drawing from Wholebody Focusing, Domain Focusing, and Inner Relationship Focusing.

Each session is limited to four participants, allowing time and care for every person’s issue, theme, or dilemma.

The small-group format (3 – 4 people) offers the intimacy of individual attention alongside the resonance of shared human experience.

If you are drawn to slowing down, sensing inwardly, and letting something deeper speak – this may be a door for you.

Focusing Journeys are offered in two formats: a Weekly Journey and a Monthly Journey.
Both follow the same approach and depth of work, with different rhythms.
You can choose the format that best supports your time, energy, and life circumstances.

The Monthly group is held on
Thursday 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm on 19th March, 16th April, 21st May, 18th Jun, 16th July 2026

Prior experience with Focusing—such as a Focusing Skills course—can be supportive, but it’s not a requirement.
