EFA Annual Gathering in 2026 in Scotland

Flowcusing (Focusing + Flow) with Olaf Scholtyssek
One of Olaf’s favourite topics as a Psychologist is Flow. ‘The deeper I dig into it as a Focuser, the more intersections between Flow and Focusing I find which, to my knowledge, have not yet been investigated more thoroughly. At the Gathering I had a lot of joy approaching the whole topic around Flow with fellow Focusers. Now I would like to open that space in the spirit of an interest group again.’
Olaf is planning a little experiencing experiment online around Flow + space, for exchange around this topic on 17th of June. Please sign up here beforehand, so he knows how many people will participate.

EFA Community Art Table with Freda Blob
Happening 3-4 times a year, starting late autumn 2026, this coming together will be free for members and is to learn about and experiment with how arts can be implemented in Focusing. There’s a free offering, from October 2025 onwards, for those who are curious about this interest group. The workshop series (3-4 meetings) will introduce the safe Felt Arts Journaling practice “Smash ‘n’ Focus”. You are going to get a sense of what art-based Focusing can feel like.
