Introduction

I have been practicing focusing for a very long time and teaching it for nearly as long. I'm a coordinator with the International Focusing Institute, and I was at all the early meetings of European focusers.

What services do I offer?

I teach focusing and listening skills, and practical applications of focusing. And I see people for one to one focusing sessions on specific issues such as decision making.

My background in Focusing

I learnt focusing in the 1980s and have been practicing it and teaching it ever since.

Qualifications

I am a focusing coordinator with the International Focusing Institute, and a registered psychotherapist in the UK.
