My background in Focusing

I have practiced Nonviolent Communication (NVC) since 2002, through the work of Marshall B. Rosenberg I got interested in the person centered approach from Carl Rogers. As I studied the work from Rogers, I encountered the work of Eugene T. Gendlin and Focusing.
For me the self-empathy practice and empathic listening go very well together with Focusing.
I started a german speaking Changes Group for Focusing Partnerships online in January 2022. The group meets online once a week during the year (summer break in July and August).

Qualifications

I started studying Focusing back in 2018, got certified in 2021: Focusing Trainer, Focusing Professional
I am also a certified Trainer in NVC since 2016.
Certified Trainer in adult education since 2016.
Certified Life Counselor and Coach since 2019.
Certified Supervisor for Life Counseling since 2024.
Studies in Art Therapy since 2022.
