I'm a psychologist and a father of a 7-year-old boy living and working in Bucharest, Romania. I practice meditation, focusing, dream work and different therapeutic techniques for improving and developing my life.

My background in Focusing
I started practicing focusing by myself after reading Eugen Gendlin's book, "Focusing". In 2022 I took the course Focusing for Beginners offered by Annette Dubreuil and started practicing focusing with a partner. For more than a year we had a weekly focusing meeting.
Qualifications
I am a clinical psychologist and a psychotherapist specialized in trauma psychotherapy working in Bucharest, Romania.
