I know Focusing as a way of more conscious feeling life. Many signals on the way get more noticed and attended to get more in sync with life in all aspects as possible to become your own buddy in life.

What services do I offer?

I work individual, sometimes groups or workshops, and can listen and communicate in English, German and Dutch.

My background in Focusing

Hi, I have been working with Focusing since day 1 in 1992 at the Pastoral-psychology seminary in the Netherlands, It felt like a glove to my empathic talents. I integrated Focusing as my way of communicating with myself, others, groups and spiritual in Religion.
