Introduction

Evelyn encourages deep thinking for original creations, profound change, and sustainable solutions working with individuals and teams. She teaches TAE, brings principles and practices of Gendlin's Philosophy to a broader audience, and co-invented the TAE-based game Thetaland.

My background in Focusing

I came to Focusing in 2004 as part of a 4-year training to become a person-centered counselor. I became a Focusing Trainer in 2010, and I went on to study Domain Focusing and to specialize in Thinking at the Edge (TAE). I've assisted with Klaus Renn and Johannes Willschko at DAF. I studied the Philosophy of the Implicit with Donata Schoeller and in 2013 with Eugene Gendlin. I have been a Certifying Focusing Coordinator of TIFI since 2026.
