I am a Focusing Oriented Therapist, actively practising psychotherapy in my private office.
I work with adults and couples. Seasonally, I offer Focusing-oriented groups of various themes, like Creativity, Mindfulness, Focusing-based Art therapy and more.
My background in Focusing
Entered a Focusing educational practice in 2017, where I discovered that Focusing was what was missing from my own therapy. Focusing for my is a way to be with my self and a way to find a true, deep and meaningful answer to the question of "what do I need".
