London Focusing is a community of teachers, students and fellow Focusers who are dedicated to making the practice and philosophy of Focusing available to professionals and the general public. Every few years we offer a new intake into this training. We are pleased to announce that London Focusing are offering the 2-year Post-Graduate Focusing Oriented Therapy (FOT) Course, beginning in February 2027.
The course is taught by an excellent team of experienced certified Focusing Professionals, Therapists and Coordinators. The workshops, 12 in total, alternate between in-person and online. The in-person sessions occur at a convenient venue next to London Bridge station.
