A four-day retreat for those wishing to deepen their Focusing practice and explore constellations as an expanded form of Felt Sense work. Focusing and person-centered constellations — both non-directive, process-oriented approaches — meet in a way that opens fresh pathways into inner experience. Set within a powerful river landscape framed by meadows and ancient trees, nature accompanies the process as a quiet, living dialogue partner. Nestled in a beautiful French château, this setting offers a special container for profound presence and growth.
