How (if at all) do you use Focusing in your professional life? | I use it to support clients on a whole spectrum. Anything from someone who comes with a simple desire to deepen their daily self-awareness or to find an answer that feels right to a difficult decision all the way through to someone who is struggling with an injured sense of themselves and who is needing some help to understand where they have come from and why they matter. I love the way that a Focusing-Oriented way of working can help people to find and to build trust in their own perception and in their own bodily sensed experience. I work with individuals one-to-one by Telephone and online. |
Which (if any) Focusing organizations do you belong to? | The International Association for Focusing-Oriented Therapists and the International Focusing Institute |
What are your general areas of interest and expertise? | (Complex) Trauma. Identity. Belonging. Feeling truly seen and understood changes lives. |

Is there anything else you’d like us to know about you? | In my work I use my contact with my own felt sense to help people to access their own intricate bodily felt sense of themselves within any situation that they find themselves in. |
